NSW Health is advising that all health workers and patients are to wear a mask when attending any medical appointments.
Parramatta Eye Centre have implemented NSW Health directive effective immediately. To protect the health of our patients, staff and visitors a mask must be worn at all times during their visit. We would like to advise that our clinics will reserve the right to move your surgery if there are any non compliance to the health advisory.
Carers, chaperones or visitors will not be allowed due to COVID Safe policies. All carers should wait outside unless necessary. If a carer is needed to assist the patient; only ONE carer will be allowed per patient.

How we are making it safe for you:
We have stringent hygiene practices that are adhered to daily, and we have put in additional procedures to keep visitors and staff safe.
Increased comprehensive cleaning through our certified cleaners, including increased frequency of cleaning for ALL medical equipment and high touchpoint areas throughout the facilities
All staff have been instructed not to come to work if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms, have travelled in the last 14 days, or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
Hand sanitiser is readily available to patients at all clinics
All staff have completed the Department of Health Infection Control for COVID-19 training, including safe handwashing procedures
We will closely monitor all available information provided by the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
